My father Douglas Malcolm MACMILLAN s/o Malcolm Bell & Jean Dalrymple. Malcolm Bell is the s/o Donald Dan MACMILLAN & Florence Catherine MACNEIL. Donald Dan MacMillan is the s/o Angus MACMILLAN and Isabella MCMILLAN. Angus, Isabella & the children arrived on the ship Nubia in Québec, Canada in 1862, from Glasgow or Liverpool via Belfast, where he is identified as Andrew in the ships list but all other names of wife/children match. I believe this Angus (b: Oct 12, 1829, Isle of Colonsay) is the s/o Donald MacMillan & Mary BUIE from Colonsay. Angus & Isabella settled in the Bruce County area of Ontario. Donald (Dan) and Florence lived, worked and raised the children in the USA for approximately 20 years.
